InGenius Prep was founded in 2013 by law students at Harvard and Yale. In that time, the company has grown to a team of more than 190 full-time employees, 600 part-time employees, as well as offices in the U.S., Canada, China, amongst other countries.

How You’ll Help:
The Graduate Case Manager is for people who have a true passion for education and a deep interest in interacting with, serving, and educating people with diverse cultural backgrounds. This person will primarily be servicing our students who are applying to top US Graduate Programs. The Graduate Case Manager will report to the company’s Associate Director of Graduate Counseling.
What You’ll Do:
● Manage students' progress in different programs related to personal development and graduate school admissions;
● Oversee and monitor the entire case with special attention paid to:
○ overall progress of the counseling service
○ quality control on the services delivered by counselors
○ communications among different parties, including students, families, counselors, sales team, etc.
● Serve as the case coordinator between family and counselors, keep parents updated about the progress and deliver parent education;
● Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with families and students;
● Help troubleshoot families’ questions and concerns;
● Design curriculum related to academic planning and application.
You'll be a good fit if you:
● Native-like fluency in Mandarin and proficient in English
● Master’s Degree - English or Education major is preferred
● A passion for education
● Great communication and interpersonal skills
● Experience in effective communications with parents and students
● Extremely detail-oriented and diligent
● Response in a timely manner with respect toward working deadlines
● Proactive, trustworthy and have an impeccable work ethic
● Previous experience or knowledge of US education and college application is a plus
