InGenius Prep was founded in 2013 by law students at Harvard and Yale. In that time, the company has grown to a team of more than 190 full-time employees, 600 part-time employees, as well as offices in the U.S., Canada, China, amongst other countries.

Our primary focus is assisting students in applying to U.S. Colleges and Graduate schools. Our company is fast-paced and exciting. We operate as a team, and everyone is given opportunities to advance in the organization.
How You’ll Help:
Business Development Associates/Enrollment Counselors will work on establishing new operations, locating and forming corporate partnerships throughout North China, assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, assisting in the development of our sales workflow, and following up with leads. This is a position for someone intrepid, with a strong entrepreneurial bent, and who takes a ton of initiative.
What You’ll Do:
- Form partnerships with education companies, schools, financial institutions, parents groups, as well as other organizations.
- Coordinate marketing events and other recruiting events with partnering organizations or individuals.
- Generate interest in company services and programs through community outreach and networking.
- Discuss services and programs 1-on-1 with families and/or students to increase enrollment.
- Meet with families, follow up with leads, build personal connections with leads
You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have:
- Native Mandarin speaker
- Ideally would have experience related to one of the following: business development, market analysis, sales/marketing, or operations of educational organizations.
- Must be a talented and experienced public speaker.
- Must be positive, energetic, and outgoing.
